I love that these recipes save me time prepping/cooking (because my triple-washed spinach doesn’t need to be washed/chopped, or cooked for long at all). All while imparting amazing nourishing phytonutrients from these dark leafy greens!

These recipes here have no gut-distressing foods like gluten, dairy, sugar, preservatives or hydrogenated oils…and (most importantly!) they have loads of flavor that pleases even my “blandness-intolerant” palate!
