Seasons Change...Breathing Shouldn't

It’s THAT time of year again in the Midwest, when breathing abilities, for some of us, tend to diminish.

By all appearances, it’s a glorious season. The temperatures drop, the humidity dissipates, and everyone wants to flock outdoors.

However… all those changes mean that all kinds of “stuff” is released into the air (sometimes, by this guy pictured here.) For some people, it can be one of the most irritating months when it comes to breathing normally.

Here are some of my favorite hacks and rescue-mission tactics for this time of the year. My world has changed for the better since I discovered these strategies for seasonal sensitivities, so it’s worth re-posting them in one place!
